Soil: Three soil types - Tuffeau limestone formed 100 million years ago, mixed with a harmonious blend of loose and flinty clay, mica and sand. Sandy topsoil sitting on top of a thick layer of excellent smectite clay adding varietal flavours and aromas.

Winemaking: Following cold stabilisation in stainless steel, this vintage underwent a finely tuned aromatic fermentation over the course of approximately one month, to realise the wine’s full aromatic potential, before alcoholic fermentation over ten days.
