Subtle mineral edge provides oodles of lingering light red fruit flavour persistence with clean crisp acidity which refreshes the palate.
Appearance: Clear and bright with a vivid cherry pink colour.
Nose: Fresh and lifted nose with fragrant strawberry and cool cherry notes, red currants and cranberries, with hints of spice.
Palate; The palate is seductive and medium bodied, the fragrant strawberry and red berry
flavours are pushed forward by the underlying crunchy red apple and cranberry
fruit flavours. A subtle mineral edge and clean crisp acidity which refreshes the
palate.

Nose:Our first Botrytis Sauvignon Blanc has refreshingly lifted aromas of honeysuckle and
eldeflower with subtle notes of apricot.
Palate: Flavours follow though to the palate in the citrus
spectrum with hints of anise, apple blossom and lotus combining with notes of honeysuckle
and elderflower. The palate is underpinned by textural minerality, lovely length and acidity
that belies it's 60gm residual sugar!

Made only in exceptional vintages, from our very best Sauvignon Blanc field. Barrel fermented for 9 months in new French oak. Hand waxed and stamped, this wine is a culmination of a dream David Levin had twenty-six years ago.
Nose: Unique in style, with rich, exotic fruit aromas of mango, apricot and nectarine, hints of coconut and vanilla, with some wild mint.
Palate: Long and rich showing the exotic fruits along with grapefruit and citrus characters, all underpinned by a characteristic minerality and fresh acid balance.

Made only in exceptional vintages, Madame L is a complex expression of 30-year-old Gamay vines farmed with organic, sustainable vineyard practices, using traditional artisan
winemaking.
Nose: Madame L shows intense lifted aromas of violets, cherries, chocolate and
butterscotch.
Palate: Complex and savory, with flavours of cherries and plums with hints of spice, nougat and liquorice, a silky texture, excellent length and finish this is very
seductive.
